Payment Policy

Eligibility for Payout

  1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payouts become eligible only after the order has been successfully delivered to the end customer and the applicable return window has closed. Once the return window is closed, a further period of forty-eight (48) hours must pass for the order to be classified as an “Eligible Order” for payout.

  2. For Prepaid Orders, the product Listing Price is deducted from the Reseller’s MBC Wallet at the time of order placement. Since the order amount has already been settled through the wallet deduction, no additional payout is processed for successful prepaid orders.

  3. Any order that is cancelled, returned, refunded, under dispute, or pending validation shall not be considered an Eligible Order for payout until the issue has been fully resolved to the satisfaction of the DTDC 3PL platform.

Payout Cycle and Disbursement

All Eligible Orders shall be consolidated and processed daily, with the corresponding payout credited to the Re seller’s MBC Wallet. The Re seller may, at their discretion, initiate a withdrawal request for any amount from the MBC Wallet, provided the account maintains the required Minimum Wallet Balance. Such requested funds shall be remitted to the Re seller’s registered bank account as per the updated record of  the DTDC 3PL platform within twenty-four (24) hours of the request. In the event a withdrawal request is made on a banking holiday, the remittance shall be executed on the following business day.

Refund

  • Refunds, where applicable, shall be initiated only after:

    • Successful validation of the return; and

    • Receipt of the returned product or confirmation of loss/damage, as applicable.

  • Refunds to the Reseller shall be processed in accordance with the Platform’s Payment Policy and credited to the original mode of payment, the wallet and/or as otherwise determined by the MBC platform.

  • Refund timelines may vary based on banks, payment gateways, and regulatory requirements.

  • Any refunds to the customers of the Reseller shall be handled in accordance with the policies and T&Cs of the reseller’s arrangement with his customers.
