Welcome to MyBazaarConnect, an online platform owned and operated by DTDC 3PL (“MyBazaarConnect”, “MBC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). MBC provides a digital Platform (defined below) that enables users to browse, select, and sync orders for products offered by independent third-party sellers, and to facilitate logistics and related services through authorised partners.
Who We Are
MBC is an online platform designed to enable demand generated by resellers and to discover, select, and fulfill orders for such selected products through a single digital platform. MBC facilitates transactions between independent sellers and resellers and supports fulfillment through authorised logistics and service partners.
MBC acts as a technology and facilitator and does not itself manufacture, own, or sell the products listed on the Platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our Platform
Our Platform serves as a digital interface through which users may browse products, place or receive orders, manage accounts, and access related services.
When you register on or use the Platform as a reseller, seller, logistics partner, or visitor, we may ask you to provide basic information such as contact details, account or business information, and usage preferences. We use this information only to operate the Platform, process transactions, and provide support related to your use of the Platform.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
listing, browsing, and sale of products by independent sellers;
facilitation of orders, payments, and settlements;
coordination of logistics, shipment, and delivery through authorised partners; and
customer support and operational assistance related to Platform use.
We value our relationship with users and aim to ensure transparency and clarity in how the Platform operates. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the conditions governing your access to and use of the Platform, including your rights, obligations, and the limits of MBC’s role and responsibility.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and MBC, governing your use of our Platform.
The Platform is owned and operated by DTDC 3PL, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at DTDC House, No. 3, Victoria Road, Bengaluru – 560047.
By accessing or using the website, or any other digital interface made available by MBC (collectively, the “Platform”), you confirm that you accept the following Terms and that you agree to comply with them.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific terms applicable to a particular section or feature of the Platform, such specific terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
You are requested to read the Terms carefully before you use our Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
Definitions
“Account” means the User account voluntarily created by you on the Platform to access or use its features.
“Applicable Laws” means all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and governmental orders that are applicable to the Parties and the subject matter of these Terms, including but not limited to the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, the (Indian) Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the (Indian) Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and such other global data protection laws as may apply based on the jurisdiction of the data subject or the operations of MBC.
“Buyer” means any individual or entity that accesses the Platform to browse, purchase, or receive products offered by Sellers.
“Cookies” are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to store information about your browsing activity, preferences, and other technical data, and may be used to enhance your experience, improve website performance, and provide analytics or personalised content. Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (“first-party cookies”) or by third-party services used by the website (“third-party cookies”).
“Personal Data” means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
“Seller” means any individual or entity that lists, markets, or sells products on the Platform.
“User”, “you” or “your” means any person or entity who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, including Buyers, Sellers, and other visitors.

Changes to the Terms
We may modify, update, or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Applicable Law, changes to the Platform, or changes in our business practices. Any such updates will be effective upon being published on the Platform.
Where changes are material, we may notify Users by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or through other reasonable means. The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms will indicate when the latest changes were made. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Suspension or Discontinuation of Platform
We do not guarantee that our Platform, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Platform for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
Eligibility
To access the Platform, Users must:
be at least 18 years old;
have the legal authority to enter into a contract under the Applicable Laws and specifically into these Terms; and
consent to abide by these Terms.
Where a User is under the age of eighteen (18) years, such User may access or use the Platform, including placing orders, only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for such User’s actions on the Platform.
Acceptable Use of Our Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MBC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not directly or indirectly:
reproduce, copy, sell, resell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content, except as expressly permitted under these Terms;
use data mining, scraping, crawling, bots, agents, scripts, automated tools, or similar means to access, extract, or collect data or content from the Platform;
download, copy, or collect account information, user data, or transactional data for the benefit of any third party;
use any content, data, or outputs from the Platform to train, develop, test, or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, algorithms, or internal workings of the Platform or any related systems;
interfere with, disrupt, damage, or impair the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform, its servers, or connected networks;
upload, transmit, or introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
impersonate any person or entity, create a false identity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purpose; or
access, use, or interact with the Platform through automated means, scripts, bots, crawlers, agents, or similar technologies, except where expressly permitted in writing by MBC.
You are responsible for ensuring that any Personal Data You provide to MBC is correct, accurate, and kept up to date.
If you are a Reseller, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all product information, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and any other content provided or uploaded by you on the Platform(s) where you are reselling the products are accurate, complete, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of any third party. MBC reserves the right to remove or restrict your access to any platform content that it reasonably considers to be misused, misappropriated, unlawful, or non-compliant with these Terms.
Any violation of this Clause may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to MBC under Applicable Law.
Confidentiality
MBC acknowledges that, in the course of operating the Platform and through the access or use of the Platform by Users, including Buyers and Sellers, it may receive, access, or otherwise be exposed to confidential or proprietary information belonging to such Users. Such information may include commercial, operational, technical, financial, or business information, as well as any data, documents, or materials shared with or made available to MBC in connection with the use of the Platform (“Confidential Information”).
The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that:
was already known to MBC at the time of disclosure without any obligation of confidentiality;
becomes publicly available through no fault of MBC;
is lawfully disclosed by a third party without restriction; or
is independently developed by MBC without reference to Confidential Information of Users.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, MBC may disclose Confidential Information to the extent required under Applicable Law, regulation, or legal process.
The confidentiality obligations set forth in this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms for a period of three (3) years, or for such longer period as required under Applicable Law.
Territorial Use
Our Platform and Services are intended for use by organisations and individuals globally, subject to Applicable Laws in the jurisdictions from which they access the Platform. We do not represent or warrant that the content or features available on or through our Platform are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in all locations. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where its content is unlawful or its use is otherwise restricted is prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to them.
Intellectual Property
All content made available on the Platform, including text, graphics, images, logos, user interfaces, layouts, software, code, databases, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to MBC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MBC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, extract, scrape, reuse, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content, including for commercial purposes or for training or developing artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, without MBC’s prior written consent.
All rights, title, and interest in content, data, product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and other materials uploaded or provided by Sellers or Users on the Platform shall remain with the respective Seller or User. By submitting such content, you grant MBC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and use such content solely for operating and providing the Platform and related services.
“MBC”, its logos, and related marks are trademarks of MBC. You must not use any MBC trademark without prior written consent. All third-party trademarks appearing on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
Any unauthorised use of the Platform or its content shall result in automatic termination of the licence granted under these Terms, without prejudice to MBC’s other rights and remedies under Applicable Law.
Data Privacy
Your access to and use of the Platform involves the collection and processing of Personal Data. All such processing is carried out in accordance with Applicable Laws and MBC’s Privacy Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms. [MBC – PRIVACY POLICY]
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of Personal Data as described therein.
Data Processing
MBC may collect, access, and process Personal Data and other information relating to Buyers and Sellers solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, facilitating transactions, enabling logistics and settlements, improving Platform functionality, and providing user support, in accordance with Applicable Laws, these Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
Where a Seller receives Personal Data relating to a Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling an order or providing related services through the Platform, such Seller shall use such Personal Data only for that purpose and in accordance with Applicable Laws.
Sellers shall not use, retain, or disclose Buyer Personal Data for any unauthorised purpose and shall remain responsible for any processing undertaken by them outside the scope of these Terms or Applicable Laws.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including any username, password, or authentication details, and for all activities carried out through your Account.
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials, except to the extent required under Applicable Laws. We may suspend or restrict access to an Account where it reasonably considers such action necessary to protect the Platform or other Users.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you know your Account credentials, You must promptly notify us at.
Third Party Links
The Platform may display, facilitate access to, or contain links to products, services, or websites offered by third parties, including Sellers, logistics partners, payment service providers, or other external service providers.
MBC does not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, content, or websites, including any third-party links made available on the Platform. Any transactions, interactions, or dealings between you and such third parties are solely between you and the relevant third party.
Conditions of Sale
All products listed on the Platform are offered and sold by independent Sellers. MBC operates solely as an online marketplace and facilitation platform and is not a party to the contract of sale between a Buyer and a Seller.
A Buyer’s order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) from the relevant Seller. Acceptance of such offer, and formation of the contract of sale, occurs only upon dispatch of the product by the Seller and issuance of a dispatch confirmation. Where an order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, each shipment shall constitute a separate contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller for the products included therein.
Product prices, availability, delivery timelines, applicable taxes, payment methods, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are determined by the relevant Seller and governed by MBC’s Payment Policy and Refund & Returns Policy[MBC Returns, Cancelation & Refund Policy], as applicable, which form an integral part of these Terms. Buyers are advised to review these policies prior to placing an order.
Beta Services Disclaimer
Certain features of the Platform may be released as beta or trial services. Such services are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion. We disclaim all liability arising from Your use of such beta features.
Termination
MBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied with the Platform, you may write to us at reseller@mybazaarconnect.com or discontinue using our Platform.
No Warranties
The Platform and all information, content, and functionality made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted under Applicable Law.
MBC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any defects or errors will be identified or corrected, or that the results obtained from use of the Platform or any related services will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
MBC does not make any representations or warranties regarding products listed or sold by Sellers, including as to quality, fitness for purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Any such representations, if made, are solely the responsibility of the relevant Seller.
Assignment
MBC may assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business, upon notice to you. Such assignment shall not adversely affect your rights under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without MBC’s prior written consent.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MBC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) any content, information, or materials submitted, listed, or shared by you on the Platform; (c) any breach of these Terms or violation of Applicable Law by you; or (d) any infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party attributable to your actions or omissions.
This indemnity obligation shall survive termination or expiry of these Terms.
Governing Law
Please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Indian laws. You and we both agree that the courts of Bengaluru, have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.Dispute
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between MBC and you with respect to your use of the Platform. Any claim you may have with respect to your use of the Platform must be commenced within thirty (30) days of the cause of action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable Law, MBC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers (collectively, the “Protected Entities”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform, whether such liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if the Protected Entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Protected Entities shall not be liable for:
any defects or malfunctions on the Platform;
any content, listings, information, representations, or materials posted, transmitted, or made available by Sellers or other third parties through the Platform;
any unauthorised access to, alteration of, or loss of User data;
any acts, omissions, products, services, or conduct of Sellers, logistics partners, payment service providers, or other third parties, including those accessed through links or integrations on the Platform;
any inaccuracies, incompleteness, or unlawful nature of information or data provided by Users; or
your reliance on any information obtained through the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, the liability of the Protected Entities shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Waiver
No provision of these Terms shall be considered waived, and no breach excused, unless such waiver is provided in writing and signed by MBC. Any waiver by MBC of any breach by you, whether explicit or implied, shall not constitute consent to, or waiver of any other different or subsequent breach.
Severability
If any provision(s) of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
If any provision(s) of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. MBC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, court orders, strikes, labour disputes, failures of telecommunications networks, power outages, internet or hosting failures, or disruptions affecting third-party service providers.
